IF Varus needs to be buffed sometime in the future, this is how Riot should do it

Let's get straight to the changes:

1.[Buff] If Piercing arrow kills a unit, the damage will not be reduced by that unit. (This will allow more skill expression which is always a happy face)

2.[Nerf] Double the Q damage reduction per unit hit. (This forces Varus to take advantage of the first change and grants opponents more moments of safety)

3.[Buff] Probably the most controversial, but don't leave yet! Piercing Arrow can crit. (This ends the everlasting war between AD caster and CritSpeed Varus builds. One no longer does one have to choose between Q power and autoattacks, and can fully utilize both in a single build.)

4.[Nerf] Enemy Champions count as 2 units for Q damage falloff. (4 times original amount with second change) (This prevents Varus from ROFLHALFHEALTHing the enemy team late game, which would be very possible with crits. It also gives his opponents a clear counter pick against him(Tank Supports), which is something that varus sort of lacked for a while.)

as a varus main i think i would like these changes. except either remove 2 or 4. obviously you need some nerfs to counter balance the buffs so keep one of them but having both of these might just be a bit to much. if you hit a tank with your arrow and then your intended target with both of these nerfs your only doing 1/4 the damage you do with how he is now. (that would be insanely low) unless you crit but that would still be based on chance. besides all that i think this could be a great idea
