Garens kit is really high dmg and passive is way to broken

Garen is a lowskilled champ right? he has no mana, and low cds to take care of and his kit is really easy 2 play with and overall a strong laner.. For me and probably loads of people here. we would say that the champion is overpowered in that fact that. his Q deals alot of dmg, and silence lasts really long. His spin does way to much dmg. His ult deals way to much even tho he builds full tank. yes its true dmg. but its still way 2 broken. the most broken thing with this champion imo is that his passive, has wayyyyyy to much health regen and its so easy 2 play around. go in with Q spin and go back and regen up- repeat. this is a really stupid design that u guys should change to make the overall game a better and more fun game to play. thanks :)
