Garens kit is really high dmg and passive is way to broken

Garen is a lowskilled champ right? he has no mana, and low cds to take care of and his kit is really easy 2 play with and overall a strong laner.. For me and probably loads of people here. we would say that the champion is overpowered in that fact that. his Q deals alot of dmg, and silence lasts really long. His spin does way to much dmg. His ult deals way to much even tho he builds full tank. yes its true dmg. but its still way 2 broken. the most broken thing with this champion imo is that his passive, has wayyyyyy to much health regen and its so easy 2 play around. go in with Q spin and go back and regen up- repeat. this is a really stupid design that u guys should change to make the overall game a better and more fun game to play. thanks :)

His passive is pretty non existent until level 11, and by then the laning phase is almost always over.

lets say that i play against him as a jax etc. he will go on me with Q spin take my autos and E go back. regen and do same again

Well, regardless of if Jax counters Garen or not. If you know what champion their top is going to pick first, especially if it's Garen. You should check and re-consider if you feel safe going with your pick against him, if he counters you, especially if he counters you big time. Might save you some anger by counter-picking your opponent against your own role.

If you won your lane against him and from hearing that you probably got fed or know how to sorta counter him even with you being counterpicked by him, then why are you complaining about the champion?

Because even though he can be easily countered with play in lane, he thinks anyone should defeat him immediately upon entering lane... by using a champion they've never played before... against Garen the first time ever.

I have no idea how Garen would even do that, if you do not screw up. His Q is a basic attack, meaing you dodge it with your e and if his e damage is more than you can handle, you can just Q to a ward/your minion/his minion to wait out his e. Then you can trade a little(like 2 secounds), becuase you win the basic attack battle and walk off before hsi Q is back up. You do not have to slam him out of lane. If you go tiamat you can push him under turret and roaor go for Bork and you should win the fights.

Yeah that's why you do it if you do have a kiting champ.

Love when ppl try to justify champs auto winning in melee with "just kite lol"

Yeah bro, because 90% of the top lane pool isnt melee at all.
