any clue why veigars dmg is so insanely easy to gain with just stacking Qs? how can he has so much dmg. so low W cd and its so easy to GAIN THAT DAMAGE. its insanely broken. any replies or opinions?

Probably because he's a medium range mage with no mobility at all who is completely defenseless against anyone with a blink.

Probably because he has piss poor stats and both a delay and an awkward AoE on his only CC.

Yes he does do a lot of damage but he has 0 mobility. Just buy MR and play a champ with mobility that can get away from him and engage quickly.

He's also insanely squishy, vulnerable to assassins like Kat and Zed, and early gankers can doom him early with burst and/or cc. His mana can also be quickly expended with too many Q/Ws.
