She will be released "during" this patch. This does not mean she is available with the patch.

It's either because of their store issues, or she will be released later this patch

Don't get hopes to high, I didn't get a chance to play her for at least 3 days after her release on PBE, shes extremely buggy for the servers.

Will likely see her thursday at the earliest and during the weekend at the latest. If i were a betting man maybe thurs-friday. Then you will have a hard time playing her till either 2-3 weeks + later or the next champion is announced.

The release date on the champ list in the wiki says tomorrow. For the most part, they come out the day after the patch.

Perhaps the patch wasn't quite done when you last checked. I just checked now, and she is showing in the store for 7800 BE.
