I hate dynamic queue
What's the point if you never get the role you want. for me, I've gotten mid[primary] 10% of the time. I do not want to do anything else. And people don't like to swap. I hate to adc but im stuck there.

My main problem with it is that match quality is WAY, WAY down. I don't know what metric they're using to say "match quality is up", but whatever it is they need to find a new one, because their analytics are blatant lies.
Running about 50 games in ranked since the new system, I think, and about 45 of them have been complete snowball/shutout games, like double kills for one side and 8 to 10 kill leads in the first 10 minutes. Even one game in a hundred being like that would make the matchmaking an abysmal failure.
I feel your pain. 
I've queued and literally gotten into a game the moment I clicked join queue. And landed in secondary role.
