In the past week. I've had so many Dc's in my games its insane

Ironic thing is that all my teammates dc on every winning game, while my teammate have actual Chuck Norris internet line when they feed like hell.
none for me and i don't know why you Americans complain about your ping i live in japan where we have NO servers so i can either play on NA or Chinese either way my ping is over 175
I live in NA, and my ping is 140, but I've been experiencing (and he may be having teamates with) the "attempting to reconnect" bug that been running rampant (check Help & Support for NA) and still hasn't been directly mentioned by Riot employees. At least here, this bug is utterly debilitating.
