I agree that it's not as great as fervor, but it's actually really good for people learning or are not comfortable with their adc skils since it can help them ease some mistakes. P.S. Vayne is a high skill cap champion

Up to 20% life steal vs champions (based on your missing health), whether you are ranged or melee. You've been saying 10%. 50% as effective vs minions if you are melee. 25% as effective vs minions if you are ranged.
I could be mistaken.
