No free win after promo loss?

hey so i went on a massive loss spree, everygame my team would do bad and id get camped/countered and would do equally as bad, so unfortunately i deranked from plat 2 65lp to plat 4 60 lp, which i dont think was fair, firstly because everytime id hit 0 lp if i lost the next game id automatically derank for some reason even though i thought there was a loss spree checker which would let you lose a couple of games at 0 lp if you had recently lost alot of games, which did happen. Anyways i got to plat 4 and i was grinding back up and i got into my promos but lost both games, because my team did REALLY bad both games and the second game wasnt my shining hour. After like 5 remakes in a row I played a couple games and got back into promos but i did not recieve my free win? is this intended?
