This isn't some bad rant about how she can 1v5 or some shit no, im putting facts and stating something worth listening to. 15% playrate. 15. yet she has a 55% AVERAGE winrate. Honestly thats complete bullshit. She sounds no skill I mean looking farther into op,gg Just maxing W then E then Q gives you a 65% AVERAGE winrate out of 12000 games. thats a shitton of games for it to be that high. She has really nice early ganks and such but i feel shes a bit to powerful where she stands throughout the game. She falls off late game sort of but even then shes a complete cc machine with a point and click ult stun (honestly) Her winrate is still above 50% thoughout the entire game. I feel she has no real counterplay. You could cc her, sure but shes really tanky overall and cant really burst you down more just cc you for her team. So you cant stun her, because if you do youre letting her teamates complete destroy you since you used most of your cc on her (she probably wont die either) if you dont cc her then she'll cc you. Its a lose lose situation. She doesnt have that low of mobility her dash is pretty decent. her skill shots are sort of troublesome to hit though but then her w passive is sort of gurantees it for ganks. You could say all you have to do is counter jungle and shut her down early but lets be honest shes just another tanky support, it doesnt matter how much gold she has all that matters is that she can cc your entire team.

Sejuani's entire rework was a mess. It simply shouldn't have been given the green light.

I don't even think she's just overtuned, I think the whole rework is broken by design.

Most, if not all, us Sejuani mains hate her rework. They turned her from an anti-marksman hyper tank into their early game and Marksmen's little bitch boring stun bot. I've killed Vaynes with their support because I had all 6 items with a Thornmail. Now she deals no damage and relies on her stun. She completely drops late game harder than Pantheon if anyone with half a brain realizes that Hourglass and Quicksilver Sash/Merc Scimitar completely shuts her down. Got stun stacks on the target? Stunned them? It's Kay, boop, now She's useless because a stun bot can't stun their primary target. That and they put all her tanking power into her passive, which she doesn't even control. She's not a tank anymore IMO. Just a boring hyper early game stun bot diver with no control of her tankyness.

This is what happens when people let tanks get strong, and in accord to the people's wishes and complaint about Tanks being weak, we now have Seju, maokai and cho leading the charge by facetanking everything and a little extra.

Not allowing her to Q over terrain could already achieve a lot without taking away too much of her kit, if you don't want that, her percentage health damage could also be tuned down, including her damage to jungle camps. Or at least make it current health damage to emphasize her role as initiator. Her maximum health damage makes her too good at cleaning up and finishing off opponents on top of her strong initiation.

I've always hated that pig riding cow ever since I first saw it in one of my games somewhere around in season 5. No matter how OP/UP it is, I just hate it so much

Forget the carry...I just focus this shitchamp whenever I find it in opposing team. build fort in enemy jungle and just not let is play that game.

IMO ALL tanks should deal so little damage, they are physically incapable to dueling anyone with lifesteal (without GW). They should be big targets with a lot of CC, but VERY little damage. I think Sej falls into the catagory of 'does waaaay too much damage for a tank'.

When you see Sejuani, lock in Malzahar.

Take heavy CDR in your runes, and rush out a morello, aiming for 20% cdr from runes, 20% from morello.

Alternatively rush out RoA into Morello, either one works fine, it depends on preference.

(RoA) Morello, then liandrys, voidstaff, ryalis, and sorc boots at some point. If you didn't take RoA, grab Banshee's Veil, it'll double down on your aloofness from passive.

Same is true when against Rammus, Vladimir, Sejuani, Zac, or any other extremely tanky champ.

Don't pick him just for the ult, its unreliable due to the ease of gaining access to Qss, cc removal from support item, or simply being cc'd yourself. The ult isn't bad, but the gem is in the E + W + Q extremely high dot damage on single target while being annoying for the entire group. It allows you to shred tanks.

Never lose to Sejuani again.

That's not what that means. It means in 65% of the games she won, she went W -> E -> Q.

Not trying to dismiss your point because Sejuani is strong and I'll come back to that, but generally don't trust the stats from sites saying things like "X item gives Y% WR" or "X skill order gives Y% WR". Those stats can be extremely off like for example with Sejuani it shows that every which way you max skills will somehow result in a win rate higher than her average which simply makes no sense.

Now, Sejuani is strong for her state and it's for a few reasons but none of which you stated. First of all...she has no passive on her W, I think you're thinking of her E but that takes set up and a lot of telegraphing. Her ult also isn't point and click it's a skillshot and only hard CCs one person not the entire enemy team like you stated. Now, why she is strong is due to the scaling of her passive as well as her being overly reliable when focusing a single target. Her passive scales in 3 ways across game time, the internal cooldown is lowered over game time, the time the passive lasts after taking damage goes up, and the flat resistances given also scale up. If you want to hit Sejuani in a way that will affect her, change the time her passive lasts up from 1/2/3 to 1/1.5/2 seconds. The other strength she has is that any player who knows the basic Sej combo of W > auto > Q > auto will get all 4 stacks for the E stun very fast giving not much time to react. The only possible change I could think of to this one would be to make only the 2nd half of W give a passive stack but that would actually be a pretty hard nerf, would much rather see the passive duration go down than this.

Btw, this is coming from a big time Sejuani main.

Shes strong right now bc ADCs are rampant and she's good at locking them down. In other metas she doesnt bring enough damage when assassin/duelist junglers were rampant and wasnt picked. So when a champ is only picked when the meta determines it then obv they'll have a strong winrate

Dodge her W double proc and shes left with just slow autos in hopes of getting 4 stacks to be useful. She needs team mates to follow up on the CC
