Nunu needs a bit of a buff

Ive been playing a little bit of nunu and ive noticed youre ult does some pretty pathetic damage when the enemy as like 55 mr. I dont feel this is truly fair i mean like if you somehow charge your ult for the 3 seconds it should be rewarding even if the enemy has a bit of mr (not even alot) like if you lower the base damage but give some sort of % magic penetration on the ult ( so the ult is good but it doesn't completely break the rest of nunu) I mean Nunus in an okay spot, not the best nor good but its okay

Stop playing jg nunu tank, and start playing top nunu full ap. spam e and when you get ganked hide in a bush and press r after they use there cc take smite to counter jg after completely ruining the enemy top laners life and you cant lose ive only lost a few ap nunu games but ive lost a majority of my jg nunu games.
