Has Riot lost their minds? Constant bomb throwing and if I get hit by a single one I have to go back, and every time I go back he takes a tower... It seems like ever since season 4 Riot has been trying as hard as possible to ruin their game.

And I seriously don't care if it's technically "balanced, it's cancer to play against and the game would be far better without it. I haven't played much since season 4 and it seems like Riot has gone out of their way to make cancer champs more caner. I noticed this when playing against the new Caitlyn and Fiora...

His tower execute is ridiculously powerful for the amount of pushing power he has. Not sure why they ever got added.

because Ziggs was not and probably still is not good vs competent players (unless your team has a ton of CC)

It's like Riot just plays balance roulette to keep their game "fun". I used to main Rengar in season 3 and when they gave him his first rework they made it so he couldn't cast Q on towers anymore because he killed them too fast... rofl

Yes, it does seem like they make weird balance decisions sometimes. Ideally, it would be purely for objective reasons but there's definite a sense of power being rotated from champion to champion or class to class. It might not be intentional though.
