Evelynn Changes.

Ok, I like that you actually looked at and decided Evelynn Needed a minor tweek, I agree it shouldn't be anything big but she Does need a tweek to her Early game there honestly Not much I can really Do against Champions like Caitlyn -_- she's just too big I find I like where I am against a lot of the champions it's a little bit annoying that I'm Grossly under powered in Damage compared to everybody else in Damage but I do agree the passive does make the set up better, however Against a lot of the adc in the Early game (and late game) there not a Lot I can do especially when the support is present if I'm going to be this week, the ability to escape would be nice the Hard CC lock downs of both the support and adc's have gotten so sever That I can't do my job even with Surge.

and I'd also like to (very sadly report) Yes my W removed Fizz's Ult, but my Animation for my E is so slow he can actually completely avoid/be untargettable for longer then the intended time my ability to Remove his ult ... actually kind of balanced that out a bit.
