One time I had a draven constantly spamming friend request for an hour straight, I literally went to subway and came back to him still spamming. Sadly we can't really report those sorta things, the only other time was when I actually did add somebody back but they were toxic, so I got the last laugh of the screenshots sent to support staff.
Now I just ignore the friend request entirely, I gain nothing from adding them.
