So I played Rammus and item 3146 together. It heals off of his W, smite, and item 1409 +item 3075 . Not so sure on Thormail though. To heal effectively just walk into a minion wave and you heal more than they damage you for and quickly too. Not sure if it is Intended to work that way but it is a cool new way to build him, for what I don't know but it might help some AP builds I guess. Edit:OK
