Casseopia is so painful to play as.

Her E does absolutely no damage unless the enemy is poisoned and with Your W running out as soon as they leave the zone and being on a 20 second cooldown i have to rely on ONLY HITTING MY Q, so if i miss that ability i can do absolutely nothing but sit there and watch, her wave clear sucks because if i dont poison the minions i can't deal damage to them with E and if i use my long cooldown poison on the minions i have nothing to use against my enemy laner who can now run straight up to me and kill me.

PLEASE JUST MAKE HER E DOES BONUS DAMAGE TO MINIONS SO I CAN WAVECLEAR LIKE A NORMAL MAGE.

another thing, cause i can no longer buy boots i need to rush magic pen from another item, if the enemy decided to buy hex or visage or abyssal scepter first i have no item to counter that besides going for a void staff first or liandry's but i need to have mana cause mana regen from morellos is gone.

She feels so weird to play too, her movement doesnt seem very smooth as if I'm freezing in spot at times. I feel the cast detectors are wrong
