U can react tho, use the time to either attack or move behind minions (should play near them anyways to avoid dmg from q).
The E zone should stay imo. Decrease the size of it, and duration it stays on the ground if it really is all that oppressive (which it honestly isn’t... it just zones and is up to u to decide whether u want to risk it and step on it... if she misses it then u shouldn’t have a reason to walk into it anyways so it isn’t a reward :/. I use it to zone people from spell drops and to seal jg entrances. It’s extremely visible.
I’m terms of sleep.. maybe increase duration of Drowzy to allow the enemy more time to maneuver. The E and Q honestly don’t seem like they are problematic and the community has quieted down about them until W and the passive interaction became revealed to be problematic... so it’s really W and passive with issues... which was largely addressed. Infact it was moreso the interaction between ignite and electrocute alongside her passive... so two are problems not tied to the champ. Ignite just plain needs nerfs. Zoe’s W damage was addressed recently, if anything add a cd in between consecutive casts of the same spell, give her weaker versions of the spells and decrease the movespeed she gets.... other than that everything else is pretty balanced and has clear counterplay imo
