Death Recap

Death recap is horribly bugged, I don't think I need to provide any proofs, EVERYONE knows it. It's ridiculous. The new runes aren't even programmed to show in it, it just show a blank square with the summoner name in description of the dmg sometimes...................

Well right now litteraly NOTHING pops up, how is that not enough to make you realize it's broken ?
