Why is Sterak's Gage still reduced to only being available on melee champions?
If I'm correct the reason initially there was a problem was because ADC's would build It to become really durable while not suffering much of a damage loss. This was because it gave 30% of their health bar as a shield, gave up to 60% base damage for a trinity proc and was a very cheap buy. But now after the item active scales entirely with bonus hp and becomes a very expensive detour why would we reduce the options for

who enjoyed using it when in the thick of things when there is really no reason an ADC would want to build the item anymore. Recently
gotten the short end of the stick (with

has needed buffs (not sure how much that change has to do with it to be fair). If we consider any ADC why would they want to pick up a 3200 cost
which will give them non existent shielding (unless they are willing to invest also in a high hp item on top of that in which case why bother) when they could pick up a very cheap and effective zeal item like a
or a defensive ADC item for 2600gp aswell. The only issue I can see honestly is possibly with

now costs 3200gp compared to 2600gp, would only give a 800hp shield compared to what was a 1100hp shield before and
was nerfed to have a 20% slow anyways. I'm curious what ADC would want to spend 6300gp to get 1150hp, no resistances, 80 damage(most of which doesn't scale with your abilities), and a decaying 800hp shield instead of actual damage that can be made use of in a fight for a much cheaper price. I think ether I'm just not seeing it or this was missed. Why not let an adc go into a weird tank build maybe top or something if its not op or abuse able (aka they have 1 or 2 less items worth of damage).
