. I really enjoy playing jungle, and I would like to play someone that is extremely scary and intimidating to play against, looks flashy, and is underrated. Should I focus on other lanes besides the jungle, or do you have any recommendations?
May I suggest Evelynn 
. She can be quite scary in the right hands. She may not be the MOST flashy but you can still do some cool tricks with her.

in the Jungle. It may be a bit far-fetched but the clear, sustain, and ganking all go really well. You just need to learn how to use the ghouls correctly, he may not be flashy, but he is a monster at what he does.
why not could be fun
I wouldnt exactly say its flashy, but a skarner cuck is always amusing. Plus if you can control spires, you get some crazy strong dueling/move speed/attack speed
