League has a major issue that nobody seem to care of .
This will probably gets downvoted as all the thread that actually denounce a big issue , ah i remember getting downvoted for saying that dynamic q wasn't healthy for the game..
I Have seen some people wondering about how they are rewarded for going on winning streak , no you are not crazy . it also happens to me , their will be a game where your team is on a losing streak and if the matchmaking finds nothing to put you down it will be some autofilled . Always .
I have played since s4 and got to diamond easily every season since s 5 with a high win rate , but there was some games where i had no impact and it was just win or lose since start but not as much as today . Nowadays the % where im able to carry and win all by myself is incredibly low , It is a roll of dice 70% of the time . Riot want the overall win rate to be 50 % , and this has purpose : make the game more casual , keep players playing . The game became so team based that the matchmaking has a bigger impact on your win rate than before , and your individual impact is reduced by a lot. It just feels like a rng game most of the time
In top of that riot does something extremely wrong ;they punish aggressive player and promote passive play .
- Gold and XP rewards are ridiculous when you SOLO-kill your opponent.
- Death timer being longer when ahead and shorter when your behind is stupid , penalize people for being good and reward others for being bad
- Bonus gold gen for the player who is the most behind , yeah lets reward my opponent for sitting under turret and patiently waiting his jungler . ( its true that support need xp and gold but it shouldn't a system like that ) -Shutdown bounties giving a ton of gold , it wouldn't be that punishing for playing aggro if it wasn't in top of everything else.
- Kill plus assit gives more gold than solo kill , so in the end your opponent begging his jungler to gank will generate more gold than you .
Yeah Riot promotes passive anti-game playstyle and punish individual success trying to stomp your lane is high risk low reward , in the end they are not far behind and if you die you give up a lot of gold / xp and you are on a longer deathtimer .
You either bring back a correct matchmaking or you bring back the possibility of solo carrying games . A few change to death timers and solo kill rewards are required .
