If you are taking all of these, its over kill.
Not to mention, 
is bought by most midlaners while being 100+% gold efficient without either of its passives, and they are not even buying it for the GW, and the other two items build into items that their respective classes would want to build anyway(

with it's return damage upon attack, we are in a tank/adc meta you know).
And don't most assassins/early game bursters want to take anyway? Those champs are also good against Soraka due to their kits easy dispatching of squishy, immobile targets who lack on demand hard cc.
This makes me think you weren't around for old Soraka
