AFK team mate affect on jg

okay,so i get that jg was set to not tax a lane by stealing farm and exp and i fully agree but nothing is more annoying than having an afk mid laner and when you go to hold the lane at 3 min in you still don't get any gold or exp for being in lane.it makes recovery hard if you get nothing out of the lane phase as well as an afk and no roam potential. but i'm wondering why riot doesn't prepare for these problems bc in a ranked game this could cost you your elo, and you won't be against many lower elo opponents that you face in draft. . . . . . . . . at least make it so you get the full gold and exp if your laner is in the base

Yea, currently if a lane is AFK or straight up dying upon entering lane, there are a lot less tools a jungler currently has at their disposal. Those 2 situations use to be manageable if you were a competent jungler.
