This is the time to gain elo. Fast. You dont want to sit around risking your game lasting 30-40 minutes, snowball fast and hard and get those assassin/bruisers going and collect elo.

Playing around with weak stuff like Immobile AP mages and farm junglers is just taking a risk that's pointless at this phase of the season.
