@Riot, Any Update on ETA of Solo Queue?

I am one of those people waiting for Solo Queue to come out before playing ranked this season. I have extremely low interest in dynamic queue, and I'm getting a little tired of waiting, especially considering we don't even have a vague ETA or any signs of movement on the PBE yet; do we have a general time period at all? Two weeks to PBE? A Month? 6? Soon (TM) aka 3 years from now?

From an outside perspective, it really doesn't seem that complicated to put together. I could be wrong about that and if so I'd love to hear why I'm wrong. But from what I can see, you already have the assets for all the components, and it shouldn't be that hard in theory to put them together.
