Zed, Ekko, or Kindred?

I currently main and I play mid/jungle... Which do you think I should get? They all get banned a lot... but I'm not really looking to play ranked just yet.

I suggest you expand your lanes to top as well, as a lot of jungle players also have a lot of success there. I recommend Vayne as your first top laner. :^)

Zed is the most similar to the champions you use and also shares runes.

Ekko & Kindred play out really differently, specially Ekko which is really complex to build.

Also, as the guy above said, i would recommend at least getting 2 champ for each role.

You should get the champion that you have played and enjoyed the most.

All the boards are going to tell you are the ones they personally enjoy, but they are not you.

Ekko is on sale later this month so you may want that. Ekko is probably top 3 champion right now in general.

Zed has the highest output for the lowest skill requirement, Ekko is probably the most versatile of the three, being able to top/jung/mid, and Kindred is incredibly strong, but incredibly annoying to play well.

i disagree with the zed and kindred statement. Kindred is much easier to play then zed at all elos, but the higher you get in elo the harder it gets for zed.

Ekko and Kindred i would say. Ekko is Top tier champion in this Meta and it wont change for a while. Kindred is 70% banrate which should have a reason. She is incredible strong against all kind of champs.
