Implement a VGS and better ping system

Don't give me you cant do it. Smite did it and so can you. This game has been lazy for years and I'm tired of you guys just accepting mediocre shit. You haven't implemented anything major in years.

I remember when you guys pretty much wet urselfs for introducing a smart ping XD, does those smart pings tell about wards? do they tell about what specifically is going on there? they are vague. they don't mean anything other than something is wrong.
