Intentional Feeding in Ranked, should members on that team get compensation?

Now hear me out, it wouldn't be anything major in compensation, but lets say if that person gets banned in the future for doing this, the other members of the team should get something in return. maybe an ip boost, free ward skin, idk, some lp back, something.

It really frustrates players to have to deal with somebody who intentionally feeds on purpose and shows in their match history, not just a one time ordeal.

Yes, there's a satisfaction with the msg screen that pops up saying somebody that u reported has been dealt with, but I don't feel like that's enough in these situations.
