Is Rito telling me this is an A+?

I was in a draft game (yes I am only bronze, lets clear that up now) and I was playing Garen (I am not a noob, although it may appear so) and I thought I was doing well. I went 29/8/10 and had 223 cs in a 40 minute game. Compared to other people in bronze isn't this pretty good? Yet I got an A+ can someone say why I am not understanding what I did do wasn't exceptionally good. Without me we would not have won.

It's compared with the average Champs. Kills deaths assist, kill participation, minions per time of game, and time on general. The shorter the game with higher kda without dying so much results in better. One time I went 11/2/10 as galio and the match ended in 23 Ish minutes and I only got an A+

from what i read, if i remember correctly, its purely based on your stats vs all other garen's stats. so basically people who play garens do better than you. in order to get an S you need to perform in the top 2% of your champions performance.

It highly depends on how many objectives you assisted your team on. K/D is less relevant, as far as I know.
