Does anyone other experience very high ping today?

The game keeps disconnecting me for no reason (I checked all of my personal stats - connection is perfect, computer is perfect) and other people in my games too. Even if the ping shows as let's say 40, I can barely move, everything that happens shows to me two seconds later, then the ping jumps to 400 (or in case of Sona in my last game to 1000) or rather disconnects me at all (in case of Jinx in the same game).

The game randomly shows Direct X failure or other programs when I try to reconnect.

Anyone?
