Help

I've been hardstuck Silver 2 for upwards of 3 weeks now, maining Hecarim. I'm hopeful that the answer isn't just "play a different champion;" Hecarim tailors to a playstyle I find incredibly enjoyable. Is there anything I can/should do to improve my map coverage/teamfighting?
