Don't come into Ranked if you don't know how to play every role.
EDIT: To clarify, I mean don't come into ranked only knowing how to play one role and not knowing the others at all. You absolutely can be more comfortable in a specific spot, but you should be able to fill into something if you need to.

You don't need to play every role.
Even pro players don't play like that, and ain't nobody got time to practice every role.
It's waaaaay more efficient to specialize into certain roles, instead of being bad / mediocre in all of them.

I specifically mean the people that come in and say "Adc/supp pref, I can't jg/mid" or something like that.
