Quinn QoL Bugfix when? Buff anything ?

I would like to know if Riot have Quinn in their sight somewhere, since ADC rework and i feel like she is left in the dust with alot of bug including Harrier proc, E wall stuck, and so on. I feel like she could use some love . Upvote if you share this opinion.

It would probably be better to take video or screenshots of these bugs and put them in a formatted bug report post instead.
