i dont see how. he either uses it to get in or get out. but that means he isnt doing the dmg or he uses it to dmg then he doesnt get the mobility.

For a champion with the kind of dive potential and uncounterable vision removal, attaching mobility on par with zed (hell, even better than zed because it has more range), is undoubtably going to break him.
