Try attack speed Mundo
before fervor of battle changes. It's surprisingly effective.
Wit's end, Trinity force, Guinsoo's (optional), tank items... No need for AD, he has built in from fervor and masochism.
It's pretty fun way to play him and it deals a ton of damage. I recommend testing it out for a game.
