let's not forgot spear of shojin was another buff to jax.
jax supposed to be a "scaling" champ. Yet he still has a strong early game and outscales everything as well
If they balance Jax, all the people who are used to rolling their face across the keyboard for free wins would all quit. Not everyone likes a fair game.
whats so strong about jax early? A large part of his dueling power is on his ult - the stacking AS Armor and MR. His e is a really strong ability - but more so against autoattackers than casters. Its really easy to pick a champ with a dash and bait it out early game he is nothing without it. Hes not rubbish tier weak early but he doesn't have any great strengths and can get destroyed pretty hard if you set him behind by killing him a couple of times by outplays or casters.
It is true though, that if hes any good he will still get picks mid game and stay more than relevant, and spear of shojin is insane on him, but his top lane isnt that great its his jungle thats good at the moment. let him shine somewhere.
New conq is worse on him its like playing with no keystone in lane but REMOVE SPEAR OF SHOJIN

new conqueror is a nerf to him in old conqueror he has the benefit to bursting a target with true damage/sheen procs now he has to rely on staying on them.
i max Q on him (3 points 1st at least) so i can keep trading to stack conqueror up then 2 points in E to keep up blocking damage. dont skip W level 3 early though its a reset auto.
