Yeah i got a yi with 0 rune 15 point put in his mastery was lvl 6 all the game till we surrend at 15 min and a afk yasuo with 600 ping . Mysticman891 votesLook them up in the client and you'll find they're level 30. Third party sites are great and all, but sometimes individual people need to be looked up manually before their stuff will update.
