Now she can stun multiple people... Do they even need to have higher health now? If it needed the same conditions in order to stun as well, it would be better. Figure that's her Q.
Her (assuming) E dash looks good, but is it only through her ultimate that she can use it multiple times? Requiring a kill for resets should still be a thing for normal use at least. Though she did mark them with her Q first. Wonder if that plays a part in the reset instead?
The W wall of blades just seems like an ADC's nightmare. It's pretty much a personal windwall by the looks of it, and we all know how much EVERYBODY loves Yasuo's windwall.

As someone who plays MF yes, fk windwalls. And about Irelia the "parry" she has only gives her dmg reduction for what I've read from a Rioter in the Discord server of the main Sub-Reddit.
