Can we do something about him? He's been reworked 4 times...4 TIMES. After this rework, he's sitting at a 39% average winrate across all elos which, frankly, is horrible. You'd think after the second rework Ryze could see some glory. I guess now you'd have to delete him from the game, because its obvious that riot has no clue on how to balance him out.
