Losing LP for not getting past the loading screen

I thought queuing up for a game, praying that I don't get trolls, afks and feeders were going to be the epitome of my ranked experience. Now I have to worry about not loading into the game and getting hit with leaver busters too. This game's turning out to be a real grand time.

make sure you don thave a lot of other windows or tabs or browser open doing stuff, pulling resources from the game loading can cause the loading to fail and get you stuck on the loading screen infinitum until you exit and go back in.
