RIOT. You need to fix your new mastery. I understand that hard cc activates it but please give a statement as to WHAT actually should activate it. I am a Poppy main and it is broken on her. Why? Because she doesn't need to even stun with her E to activate it. I remember the start of the season when Poppy was better. Then you killed her E somewhat because she was reaching the backline too easily. You increased her W passive ratios so she can survive in the middle of an opposing team better as an overdue compensation for the E nerfs. With this new keystone she can E into a 5 man group have a party, ult who she feels like, proc her passive, walk to it, GET ANOTHER BIG SHIELD, have her e come off cooldown and...

Before this keystone becomes meta and you have to gut champions before the keystone let me say fix it. And other people. Don't say I'm bitching or anything. Because I wasn't playing against this, I was the one benefiting. So on a final note. This is going to be broken on anything that already has a shield and cc.
