RIOT.....WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING!?!?!?!?!?!? Sorry....just tired of having 3 seasons go by with no changes to urgot.......they nerfed him s2 and then left him......Riot why not actually do something with him.

Urgot

Terror Capacitor (W) shield now increased by 5% of Urgot's maximum mana.

    [Note: Vesh mentioned there are likely more small Urgot changes on the way, such as  more R CD reduction per rank and potentially a bit better scaling on base stats.]
