Random glitch

I don't know where to begin...first of all this is a glitch i encounter every game but for varying times. First of all, it forces all movement into attack moving, which i can not disengage. Second it disables my camera lock as well as my recall button. I am unable to open the shop or level up abilities as well.......Riot before you say anything, Yes i reinstalled league, yes i checked my keyboard, yes i checked my settings. What could be causing this really weird glitch?
