Poppy's Kit Rivals That Of Lee Sin In Season 3 -- WAY Too Overloaded.

You remember back in the day when Lee Sin's cripple reduced attack speed? When his Safeguard still gave him a shield on wards? When he could shield minions? When his shield lasted a massive FOUR seconds? When his shield only had roughly a 4 second cool down at max CDR? He had more movement speed, more base armor and more health regen. That's right, think back to the days when Lee Sin was one of the most oppressive and dominating Junglers in the game. This picturesque image of Lee Sin's past IS EXACTLY what Poppy is RIGHT NOW.

Season 6 Poppy is the splitting image of Season 2-3 Lee Sin. Poppy has everything with EXTREMELY few weaknesses. Poppy has: Massive base damage, % health damage, high ability scaling, gap closers, ranged attacks, movement speed increases, armor & magic resist increases, gap closing CC stops, stuns, knock-ups, AD scaling, Magic Damage, Low cool downs, AoE abilities, huge base stats, and high base movement speed.

Recently I decided to try Poppy for the first time after her rework and I abhorred by just how absurdly powerful this champion is without even building any items. I was lagging, I was struggling in my game, AND YET no matter how far behind I fell I was still strong enough to fight anyone on the enemy team. All I could think the entire time was "how can a champion like this exist?". How has this champion been overlooked for so long? Poppy has been slipping under the radar for a while now (in my opinion) however SOMETHING needs done to trim all this excessive power and bring Poppy back down to par with the rest of the champions on Summoners Rift.

Poppy does too much far too well.

Lee Sin was nurfed harshly FOR THE SAME REASON and it's about time you gave Poppy the same punishment that was brought down on Lee.

her damage is such a small area... her stun is so environment reliant... Sure she is tanky, but thats all she can build to be effective... her ult barely does damage... im not seeing your issues with her what so ever

Maybe, I honestly have not had any problems with Poppy. Her ult is crap in my opinion and she's just not good enough at anything for me to view her as a threat of any kind.

Also, her damage was not impressive to me at all. If anything, I think they should make her ult less of a piece of shit and actually make it knock people farther away or something for it to actually matter.
