I reported them for trolling, Sitting in base for 10 mins dropping wards like its hot, I know the system will do NOTHING about it because they did not curse in chat at all.
And it was our bot laners, Both premade as well.
Please Riot, Your system needs good upgrades.
CamilleRule342 votesIf they were really sitting inbase, download the replay and record them sitting in the base for that time, dropping wards ect. If you have visual proof that they were AFK you can send a support ticket to riot and ask to report the player outside of the game. Someone will contact you asking for any visual proof you have, and you can go through the process that way. I've done it about 5 other times when spectating friends.

I have proof, I could do all that but can't RiotTantrum do his job and check it himself? its my last most recent played match about 30 mins ago right now, What does he even get payed for if I am the one supposed to do all that?!

nm10101 votesDo you have any idea how many games are trolled every minute? Any single person is not going to be able to track all those games without some kind of report (either in game or through support ticket).
HalcyonDweller2 votesThey have said on multiple occasions that they welcome support tickets for reporting this sort of behavior, since otherwise they will be unable to even find those players.

Best of luck to you with your report. And remember to look through the menus carefully for which category best applies to your submission. There should be an option for reporting behavior that occurred in-game.
Dirty Bastard1 votes100 million players, if everyone expected someone else to lookup the games they had issues with given the multiple games that are played just imagine the time it would take.
Even a real court wants testimony and evidence, you don't tell the judge in traffic court that the stop sign is covered by trees and then tell him to go look himself. You take pictures, bring it to court and do your part.
So do it, or forget it. Stop being so lazy.
