so i need some help. i am stuck in ELO HELL can cant get out. now i know everyone is gonna say its my fault, but i have proof its not. last game lucian got hurricane as first item then sold it like 3 minutes later, had the jg flaming me and mid lane (me because i had more kills than lucian, and mid because she asked for blue, i was zyra and she was annie, jg was master yi). 2 games before that had a malphite build all armor for first 26 minutes of the game. problem was rumble jg, mundo top, and corki mid (top half of map was covered in ap champs). this is a normal occurrence within my games. about 70% of my games have something like this going wrong in them. so please give me some advice, i understand this game, i understand power spikes, i read all the patches, i understand so much about this game yet cant climb because of stated reasons.

now i know everyone says this, but i really believe that im a low teir gold player (gold 5-4) somewhere around that. i know my skills and i know that i really shouldnt be higher than that, unless q'd with a pretty good team then i can hold my own. i know this because i play in touneys with bronze-diamond players. ive beaten some of these diamond players in lane (no i dont believe im better than them, just had a better game, happens to all of us. i could play faker 10000 times and ill bet i can beat his lane 1 time, but the other 9999 times he will make me look like a child lol).

Step 1: stop playing Zyra, learn a good support. If you want to deal a bunch of Damage, go sona. If you want CC, go nautilus, if you want to protect your ADC, go Janna.

Step 2: learn to roam. You can pick up a bunch of assists and help your team a lot by just showing up in mid when the enemy's pushed up to far and now has to fight a 2v1.

Step 3: You are not just supporting the ADC. You are supporting the whole team. You give your backup to the guy doing all the damage and getting all the kills. Carry them so they carry the team.

Step 4: Sometimes you just get a shitty team. Fucking get over it. Step 3 is almost always applicable. Pay attention to how top is doing, because with tanks how they are, if you can protect them from whoever has the most lethality, a tank can carry hard.

The only way to climb is to play OP champions, there's no other way.
