make /remake slightly better

i understand the whole "if someone is afk then you can remake the game" but you shouldnt be punished because someone went afk, having to go another 10 minutes waiting in q and picking champs (thats for lower elo BTW). you should make it that if you are the team that didnt /remake then you should get something for your time. 1-5 LP and a handful of IP. doesnt have to be anything crazy, more of a sorry that happen.
