Smurfs and Postiton Matchmaking Ranked

So, Riot has answered many concerns about postion MM, like consequences for trolls, or swapping to your main role to get easy win in offrole.

However, there's a topic that has been left untouched ever since the announcement of postion MM ranked: What will happen to smurf accounts, do they actually get to have 5 MMRs, letting smufers have 5 "accounts" for 1? Does the system immediately tighten the MMR links to the max if an account is detected as a smurf?

This pretty much the only thing that is preventing me from liking position MM, it can potentially make making smurfs 5 times less time-consuming.
