Tectonic Disruption rework idea

Tectonic Disruption is velkoz's e and it's a pretty generic ability. Many champions, especially mages, have similar abilities. I remember when velkoz was first released, a player pointed out that it was almost the same ability as chogath's q. My rework idea aims to make Tectonic Disruption a more unique ability.

Here's an explanation of the picture: The new e is a delayed horizontal oval skillshot instead of a circle that still deals magic damage and still give vision. Enemies hit in the yellow area are simply suspended for an appropriate duration. Enemies hit in the blue area are knocked in the direction of their corresponding red arrows into the yellow area. I received some helpful feedback that said that it was too complicated and I agree. I made it more complicated than it needed to be. I removed the knockback if the enemy is close to velkoz when hit. This ability actually always had peel inside of it without the knockback. To knock enemies back, just turn sideways and use this ability. From the enemy's perspective, it will like a vertical oval and if they get hit by the side of the oval that is closest to velkoz, they'll be knocked towards the middle or from their perspective, knocked away from velkoz.

Synergy: This rework would synergize well because all of velkoz's other abilities, q,w, and r, are all linear skillshots. Knocking enemies towards the middle would help line them up so velkoz can hit more enemies with his other linear skillshots.
