Re-rework for Zyra

As a Zyra player that have mained her in the midlane since release, i feel that she needs some minor changes and i'm here to give some suggestions to if that time ever comes.

Passive: First of all, i feel like her passive should be combined with her W so you can toggle her W on and off to spawn seeds at will at the price of some mana, say 5mana per seed? Zyra doesn't need 2 abilities doing the exact same thing, spawning seeds. It's unfair and limits her playstyle. Also currently, her passive does more harm than good because you can tell when Zyra is near because of the seeds.

In addition, she should be given a new unique passive. For example, Zyras basic attacks are empowered when she is near her plants.

Q: I can't express this enough, the rectangular shape on her Q is so awkward. It has to be made circular again.

W: There should be some type of counterplay against players trying to step on Zyras seeds, this is bothering me so much. I always try to use my seeds to create an escape route when getting chased by turning the seeds into vine lashers, but the seeds die the exact moment the player runs over them. Zyras plants should be made like Rek'sai tunnels so you have to stand on them for a short duration before the seeds die off, also giving the enemy some gold, say 3G? Other than than that her W is good.

Her E and R is perfect and need no changes IMO.
