Her weakness is that she has a bad laning phase and if she gets fed, she still needs a good team that didnt lose mid-game.
The main issue I noticed while playing a lot of Fiora is that people just let her do whatever she wants. If Fiora gets the jump on you and procs two vitals before you even react she will most likely win. People try to run away while she still damages them with her Q and all. If half of them just ended up not panicking and fighting her she's lose way more.
Now that Bramble Vest is in the game, you have to get it against her. It negates her passive healing, meaning she can't simply outtrade you thanks to the heal.
